
Maddie Czworka is the Development Manager at Prevent Child Abuse America, supporting fundraising, donor engagement, and partnership initiatives. She brings a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, nonprofit management, and inclusive leadership that strengthen systems that support children and families. She highlights her passion for building partnerships and advancing community-based prevention efforts through resource development and increasing organizational awareness nationwide.
Prior to joining the team at PCA America, she was the Program & Engagement Manager at the Center for Self Advocacy Inc., a disability-focused nonprofit in New York. Maddie also has a background in advocacy initiatives, event planning, public relations, and communication work.
Maddie has a BA in Communication and Sociology and an MA in Health/Risk Communication from the University at Buffalo. She enjoys working with the communities she seeks to serve, advocating for at-risk populations, and ensuring all people have equal opportunities to live meaningful, healthy lives.
