Kerrie Green worked as part of the Healthy Families Arizona Multisite system for 13 years prior to joining HFA in 2021. They began as a home visitor in Tucson, Arizona and worked most recently as Program Director of the Pima County Healthy Families program. Additionally, Kerrie worked as a state and national trainer, certified in HFA Foundations for Family Support and Great Beginnings Start Before Birth. Kerrie served as a member of the HFA National Advisory Council as well as a Peer Coordinator for the HFA accreditation process.

Kerrie holds a master’s degree in Social Work and an Infant Mental Health Endorsement through the Infant Toddler Mental Health Coalition of Arizona. Areas of interest for Kerrie include the continuous improvement process and reflective work’s impacts on child development, supervision, and organizational change. Kerrie lives in Tucson, AZ with their husband and middle schooler, along with their dog and an assortment of foster kittens.
