
Brian Epperson is the Chief Executive Officer of Target River, a nationally recognized marketing agency named Education Marketing Agency of the Year for multiple consecutive years. With more than 25 years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, and business development, Brian has led hundreds of successful campaigns for public, private, and nonprofit organizations nationwide.
He is the creator of the “WhoHowWhat” methodology, an award-winning framework that helps organizations effectively define and deliver their message to achieve measurable impact. Under his leadership, Target River has partnered with school districts, corporations, and community organizations to strengthen engagement, increase visibility, and drive meaningful outcomes.
A dedicated community leader, Brian serves on the boards of the Utah Valley University Foundation, South Valley Chamber, Utah Valley Chamber, Stand4Kind, Junior Achievement of Utah & Idaho, and the Poway Education Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Social Sciences from the University of Washington.
