Bernardo Wolfson was born in Cuba, grew up in Curacao, and has been a U.S. permanent resident since 2015. He has lived in Brazil, Cuba, Curacao, Mexico, Venezuela, and the United States. Mr. Wolfson has more than 30 years of experience as a CEO, growing businesses and managing teams across Latin America and Europe for companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Quaker Oats Company, and Melitta South America.

Currently, Mr. Wolfson is the Founder and CEO of Realize, LLC, a life and career coaching company. He also mentors startups at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Florida International University, and the Venture Mentoring Team, in South Florida. Mr. Wolfson sits on the advisory board of MIT’s Undergraduate Practice Opportunities Program, the board of trustees of the YMCA South Palm Beach County, and the board of Outlaw Beverage, Inc. He is an active member of the local MIT and Wharton School clubs, as well as the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Mr. Wolfson graduated from MIT in civil engineering and management and has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a professional coach certified by the International Coach Federation and an NACD Governance Fellow.

Mr. Wolfson and his wife currently live in Parkland, Florida, and they have two sons. He enjoys running, traveling with his family, and music.
