The Family Tree Announces Retirement of 21-Year Executive Director Patricia K. Cronin

The Family Tree, the Maryland chapter of Prevent Child Abuse America, announced that its executive director, Patricia K. Cronin, LCSW-C, is retiring on June 30, 2021. Cronin’s decision to retire from the nonprofit is the culmination of a remarkable 21 years of service to the organization and Maryland’s children.

The Family Tree’s Board President Sally Bauer stated, “With our deepest gratitude for Pat’s leadership and vision, The Family Tree board, staff, and partners recognize the positive impact Pat has made for hundreds of thousands of children and families in Maryland. Serving beyond our state, Pat is valued nationally for her expertise and dedication to building strong families and providing effective strategies to prevent child abuse and neglect. We are enormously grateful for her many contributions. She has built an organization that is strong financially and focused solely on its mission.”
