To empower adults with solutions to support the safety of children.

Key Issue Areas

Participate in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) prevention efforts.

Participate in Neglect prevention efforts.

Lead in Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) prevention efforts with the program Stewards of Children (Darkness to Light).

Participate in Corporal Punishment (CP) prevention efforts.

Utilizing the Protective Factors Framework through Training.

Implementing the Essentials for Childhood Framework strategies: Raise Awareness & Commitment, Use Data to Inform Solutions, and Norms Change and Programs.

Advocacy efforts include

  • Funding for child abuse prevention and response
  • Statute of Limitations for child sexual abuse
  • Policies to improve to response to commercial sexual exploitation of children
