Key Issue Areas

Participates in Abuse Head Trauma (AHT) prevention efforts and served 264 individuals in 2020 with the program Period of Purple Crying.

Co-leads in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) prevention efforts with the program ACE Interface.

Participates in Neglect prevention efforts and served 2,269 individuals in 2020.

Participates in Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) prevention efforts and served - individuals in 2020 with the program Enough Abuse.

Co-leads in Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) prevention efforts and served 762 individuals in 2020 with the program Positive Parenting Programming.

Utilizing the Protective Factors Framework through ACEs, Advocacy, Home Visiting, and Training.

The chapter works with the following evidence-based home visiting models: Family Connect and Healthy Families America (HFA) and participates in the statewide home visiting coalition.
