William Boltz has been a nonprofit consultant since 2017. Prior to that, he was Deputy Director and Development Director at the Donaldson Adoption Institute, Inc. (2010–17); Vice President of Development at Healing the Divide (2004–07); Assistant to the Secretary General at Religions for Peace (2001–03); Special Assistant to the Secretary General of World Climate Research Programme; and Associate Director of the Penn National Commission at the University of Pennsylvania (1996–2001).

Mr. Boltz received his master’s and doctorate degrees in Political Science from the University of Chicago and his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
