
Maureen Willett is the former Operations Vice President at State Farm Insurance Companies, where she built a distinguished 30-year career leading large-scale operations, strategic initiatives, and organizational transformation. As Vice President, she oversaw more than 2,500 employees and managed national programs spanning catastrophe operations, technology, and claims management, directing multimillion-dollar budgets and enterprise-level process improvements.
An attorney by training, Maureen began her career practicing law in Illinois and Indiana before joining State Farm. Throughout her tenure, she was appointed by the Chairman’s Council to lead key corporate initiatives, including the redesign of State Farm’s education and training program and a companywide claims reorganization. She also completed executive education programs at both Oxford University and Harvard Business School, where she was selected for the five-month Advanced Management Program.
Maureen holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kalamazoo College.
