She holds a BS in Criminal Justice & Criminology from Loyola University Chicago and a MPPA in Public Policy & Administration from Northwestern University. At PCA America, she manages the research team’s sponsored project portfolio. This work includes conducting several state-level policy analyses, understanding the impact of family violence during the COVID-19 pandemic, and building cross-sector partnership to address homelessness experienced by parents and their children.
Catherine is passionate about working with PCA America’s chapter and HFA networks and other national partners to translate research to policy and practice, promote primary prevention, and advocate for families and children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being the best dog mom and cat + human aunt, binge watching TV, trying new coffee shops, and traveling.
