This resource answers frequently asked questions, providing information on the legislation, specifically the provisions related to emergency funding for the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program and the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA). Prevent Child Abuse America is committed to helping states understand the complexities of these funds and the opportunity to utilize these dollars at the state and local levels to support families.
